Watched quite a lot of football this week. And what a week it was. Monday- Tottenham put up a good fight in the first half but crumbled in the second. Haiz. Want sokong them also susah. Wednesday- Arsenal getting kicked to the Europa League? Didn't happen. They finally looked like they got their act together. Then again, Udinese wasn't really top quality opponents. Friday- Porto never did have a chance, did they? One can't help but share Cesc's joy, after spending six trophyless years at his old club and now instantly winning two cups within a week of arriving at his new club. Bravo. Saturday- Now this is what we call Liverpool... And to top it off, two big London vs Manchester back-to-back matches on Sunday...
At last, someone there to receive his crosses! City looked like genuine title contenders for the first time... Nasri, Silva, Kun... And Dzeko scored twice as many as he did in the whole of last season in a single match. Very convincing.
But United just couldn't let their noisy neighbors top the table on goal difference, can they? Man, this was painful to watch. The gulf in class- just too much. It was like they were playing the Harimau Malaya.
Non-football fans, this is a great time to be one! =D
